RAD 290 - Radiologic Clinical Practicum V

3 Credits

Radiologic Clinical Practicum V is the fifth of five supervised clinical experiences aimed at developing competency in radiologic technology procedures, patient care, imaging, radiation protection, and safety. Proficiency in C-arm, basic skull, facial bones, paranasal sinuses, orbits, myelography, cystography, arthrography, and Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) proficiencies are required. 

Note: Students must provide proof of current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers, valid for the entire semester.

Prerequisite: RAD 150 , RAD 160 , RAD 170 , and RAD 280 , all with a grade of C or higher
