The Construction Management Certificate provides students with a foundation in construction management principles and technology focused on the latest methods of building project delivery. The curriculum includes industry-recognized construction management principles and software applications preparing students for a career as an entry-level assistant construction project manager or project engineer. This certificate can also serve as a first step towards completing the Construction Management, AAS degree.

Construction Management Certificate Requirements
Curriculum: OCC 251 Program Core: 18 Credit Hours
Program Electives: 6 Credit Hours
Other Certificate Graduation Requirements:
- 2.0 minimum cumulative GPA at MCC upon completion of program
- For certificates of less than 12 credit hours, all required credits must be completed through MCC coursework. For all other certificates, one-half of the minimum credit hours required must be completed through MCC coursework.
- Completion of graduation application
- Completion of end-of-program assessment as directed by this department
