Business Law is an introduction to the legal system and the laws governing business activities. Topics include business agreements, contracts, sales, commercial paper, secured transactions, real and personal property, business entities, business ethics, corporate social responsibilities, and government regulation. Current trends, including cybersecurity and the ethical and appropriate use of emerging technologies, are also discussed.
