SON 160 - Vascular Sonography I

3 Credits
Lecture: 1 Lab: 4

Vascular Sonography I focuses on the foundational skills to perform ultrasound exams of the vascular system. The course emphasizes identifying normal and abnormal sonographic appearances, as well as techniques for diagnosing conditions such as deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA).

Prerequisite: SON 125  and SON 195 , both with a grade of C or higher.
