KHS 240 - Applied Kinesiology 3 Credits Lecture: 2 Lab: 2
Applied Kinesiology examines the principles of human movement and their application in exercise, performance, and daily function. Students learn to analyze movement patterns, recognize muscular imbalances, and implement strategies that enhance strength, mobility, and overall movement efficiency. Emphasis is placed on bridging theoretical kinesiology concepts with practical, real-world skills used in fitness and athletic settings.
Note: This course requires intermediate reading and writing skills, and basic math skills.
