Technology in Education provides a theoretical foundation and hands-on experience in using technology in education. It explores finding, evaluating, organizing, presenting, and implementing information related to use of technology in education in and out of the classroom. Prospective teachers learn to analyze the role of educational technology in society, develop strategies to bridge the digital divide among students, identify trends, and plan for future directions in education. Focus is on increasing technological fluency and fostering meaningful integration of technology into teaching in inclusive classroom settings.
