AVD 180 - Sound Production I

Sound Production I introduces students to emerging audio and sound production workflow and processes using current audio and digital technologies. Students explore sound production and editing techniques for audio related to moving image, live performance, studio audio recording, and instrument and vocal recording, among others. Students may repeat this course twice for a maximum of 9 credit hours. (1.2-Articulated)

Note: It is recommended -not required- that students furnish their own audio equipment. Prior computer experience recommended. This course requires basic reading, basic writing and basic math.
