PAS 250 - Decorative and Chocolate Techniques

Decorative and Chocolate Techniques will cover the essential skills needed to create decorative elements for cakes, as well as beginner techniques for candies, confections and a variety of chocolate related elements. This course may be repeated 3 times for an accumulated maximum of 12 credit hours.

Note: This course requires basic reading, basic writing and basic math. What does this mean?   

MCC approved student uniform and toolkit is required for this class. E-Textbooks are not allowed for this class.
