PAS 250 - Decorative and Chocolate Techniques 4 Credits Lecture: 1 Lab: 5
Decorative and Chocolate Techniques will cover the essential skills needed to create decorative elements for cakes, as well as beginner techniques for candies, confections and a variety of chocolate related elements. This course may be repeated 3 times for an accumulated maximum of 12 credit hours.
