HRT 231 - Greenhouse Production and Scheduling 3 Credits Lecture: 2 Lab: 2
Greenhouse Production and Scheduling covers the commercial greenhouse production of herbaceous annuals and perennials from propagation to final sale. Students will learn how crops can be manipulated using environmental factors and plant growth regulators. The course will cover advanced topics, such as crop selection, scheduling, integrated pest management, cost calculations, and merchandizing.
