HRT 100 - Introduction to Horticulture 3 Credits Lecture: 2 Lab: 2
Introduction to Horticulture is a comprehensive course that provides students with a solid foundation in the principles and practices of horticulture. They will gain knowledge in plant anatomy, physiology, growth, and development. Additionally, they will develop skills in planting, fertilizing, pruning, and maintaining landscapes. Students will explore the major horticultural sectors, including pomology, olericulture, floriculture, and the landscape and nursery industry.
