KHS 176 - Strength and Conditioning Principles 3 Credits Lecture: 2 Lab: 2
Strength and Conditioning Principles studies the basic theory and application of resistance training principles. Students work on developing conditioning programs aimed at improved personal and athletic performance. Emphasis is on plyometrics, speed development, Olympic lifts and sport-specific training programs.
