GEG 221 - The Global Environment Lab 1 Credits
The Global Environment Lab complements the Global Environment course. It is an interdisciplinary scientific investigation of environmental systems and issues. The laboratory work, field analysis and investigations focus on biogeographical studies; land use; energy resources; air and water quality; solid wastes; population studies; politics and environmental policy; agricultural productivity; and environmental planning. The course includes field trips and field work.
Note: Lab students must enroll in the same section number for GEG 220 and GEG221. This course requires intermediate reading, intermediate writing, and intermediate math.
